Nenuphar French Tapestry Pillow Cover

Nenuphar is a French woven jacquard cushion cover. The artwork is an extract from Henri Rousseau's Exotic Landscape (1910). This design is awash with the rich colors and textures of the tropical forest. Rousseau (1844 - 1910) came to be recognized as a self-taught genius whose works exerted an extensive influence on several generations of avant-garde artists.
